Login problems could result from the following:
- My account is not registered with BNamericas: Verify that the email you are entering is the business email with which you registered and check if it is spelled correctly.
- My email is correct, but it still appears as an unregistered account: Contact us to help you solve this problem.
- The login link has not arrived to my email: Make sure you check the spam folder. In case the link is not in the spam folder, please talk to your systems team to add our domain to your whitelist. If the problem persists, contact us to help you solve this problem.
- When I click the link, it tells me that it has already expired: The link expires after three days. After this period of time, you will have to enter your email again in the login page. Keep in mind that the link we sent to your email works only once. Each time you clear your browser cache or you add a third device, you must log in with a different link that we will send you.
