As of early June we have updated our mobile app, which is available for iOS and Android devices.
Here's how to start using the updated version:
Delete the current version of the app if you have it currently installed.
You will be asked to log into your account. Please use your email address and password to access the app. If you don't know your password, or don't have one, please contact your account manager or go through the process of creating a new password using the "forgot my password" link on the traditional login screen of our website (app.bnamericas.com/access/traditionallogin). This will only work if you are logged out of our website.
