Login problems could result from the following:
My account is not registered with BNamericas: Verify that the email you are entering is the business email with which you registered and check if it is spelled correctly.
My email is correct, but it still appears as an unregistered account: Contact us to help you solve this problem.
The login link has not arrived to my email: Make sure you check the spam folder. In case the link is not in the spam folder, contact us to help you solve this problem.
When I click the link, it tells me that it has already expired: Go back to the BNamericas session. Keep in mind that the link we sent to your email works only once. Each time you clear your browser cache or you add a third device, you must log in with a different link that we will send you.
