The Forecast tool has been upgraded to offer a more precise, segmented, and useful visualization of the projects shaping the future of investment in Latin America.

Below, we present the new features available so you can make the most of this tool.

Quarterly Visualization of Key milestones

We’ve added a much clearer main chart that shows the number of projects expected to begin construction in an upcoming quarter or reach a relevant milestone, such as obtaining environmental approval, construction completion, or the start of operations.

This view will help you anticipate market activity and plan your commercial or strategic actions more precisely.

Selection by Key Project Phases

With the new project milestone selector, you can choose which moment of the project life cycle you want to focus your analysis on: start and/or end of construction, obtaining environmental approval, or start of operations. This lets you tailor the information to your specific needs.

This makes it easier to take a more tactical approach to when key milestones occur and how they may affect your planning or market entry strategy.

New Advanced Filters

At the top of Forecast, you’ll find additional filters to segment projects, including:

  • Type of development

  • Geographic location

  • Moment of the Project

These filters will help you narrow down your project search and focus only on opportunities that align with your business context.

Detailed Table with Summary Access

Further down the page, you’ll find a detailed table with information on projects taking place in the selected quarter. By clicking on the number of projects, you’ll access a comprehensive summary of all projects matching your search criteria.

These new features will help you optimize the identification of commercial opportunities, conduct more precise market analyses, and adapt your strategy to projected investment cycles.
